Is responsible to apply the best practice of buyer’s code of conduct respecting local as well as international labor law to be implemented at factory level by keeping coordination and mutual cooperation with senior management.
To carry out the process of implementation of every aspect of compliance issue of world class buyer’s code of conduct respecting existing international and local labor law in association with key persons of the factories.

To keep follow up the initiative being taken for the health and safety throughout the factories from time to time.

To face factory evaluation program (social compliance audit) to be conducted by external parties and make it a grand success.
To bring to the notice of the management of the company the grievance of workers, individual as well as collective with a view to securing their expeditions redness.
To study and study the points of view of the workers and to help the management and the workers to resolve their differences in a spirit of understanding and cooperation.
To promote healthy labor management practices.

Ist admitted in Praimary school which name was Sisu uddan it was a kinder garden school in city area near our house.
After completed class V education than i admitted Chittagong collegiate school which really was my great achievement. it was one of the best school in Bangladesh. I took my Secondary education from this school. Than we had to face very competitive competition to take admission in Collage admission test. I admitted Chittagong govt city collage in science group. From there i took my Higher secondary certificate in year 1998.
Graduated with Honors in Social Science Minored in Sociology from University of Chittagong and completed Masters from same discipline and same University.
