You are working in interesting times ... and difficult. In many ways the possibilities for the future are better than at any time in history, an encouraging thought. But there have to be better decisions, and for me this means better metrics for planning and then subsequent accountability.

I am working on the capacity building of the Youth, Registering Youth in the Kashmir Youth parliament and initiate different projects. (Open)1 project Member Youth parliament of Pakistan January 2011 – Present (2 years 4 months) As a Youth Parliamentarian, I am serving the Youth Parliament of Pakistan to build the capacity of Youth with the ability to understand the importance of their role in community services and to nurture their leadership qualities. I have attended 1st National Human Rights Education Forum organized by YPP and won the 2nd Award in National Democracy Essay Competition. I also assist them in organizing trainings in my region. Volunteer, Facilitator, Emergency Response Team Member, YABC Peer Educator, President of Youth Club Pakistan Red Crescent Society September 2008 – April 2013 (4 years 8 months) I have been an active volunteer with the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement for the last 4 years. During this course, I have been the President of a Youth Club in my region initiating environmental protection and youth advocacy programs. During 2009-2010, years when suicide bombings had paralyzed normal life in the country, I served as a leader of the Emergency Response Teams administering first Aid and search and rescue operation in the wake of the attacks.
