This group will meet in small, private events to faciliate meaningful conversations between founders/business developers and designers/developers.

Tiny bio
I did engineering and economics at Cambridge, and then became a Chartered Accountant in the UK. Subsequently have been a corporate CFO in USA and consultant in strategy for international companies and national development.

My role
I have created TrueValueMetrics that does for social and environmental impact what money profit accounting does for business performance , metrics constructed along the same lines as accountancy and uses standard value to quantify everything.

More about Sweat Equity Shop Sweat Equity Shop is a group focused on web designers, mobile/web application developers, and interactive designers interested in working for primarily sweat equity. The goal is to introduce them to startup founders and business development teams to form meaningful relationships based on nothing more than the sweat of your brow and a restricted interest agreement. There appear to be very few resources in Silicon Alley where one can find people willing to work sans cash at the start, and this forum will bring together the best and brightest with aligned interests. This group should be a chance to find co-founders or additional members for your bootstrapped startup.
