Richard Holbrooke Kareshi ??? Munter was in Baghdad before going to Islamabad ??? Building capacity of G2G government entities ,,, not only Beltway Bandits Weak State ... Strong Society Hakani network --> Afghanistan Richard Holbooke ... Sun and planets. But he was a powerful winner.The Holbrooke solar system !!!! A powerufl out-of-focus man I met holbrooke in New York a few years back ... impressive but scary. I thought he was very impulsive, opinionated and not very well informed!!!!
