Tool Time: Megyn Kelly, 'Pepper spray... a food product!'

Megyn Kelly and Bill O'Reilly were having a discussion on his show about the pepper spraying that occurred at a UC Davis sit in over the weekend. It turns out Kelly thinks pepper spray is 'a food product, essentially.' Some call it a neurotoxin in a can, we'll show you a chart developed a hundred years ago that clearly shows that US grade pepper spray is the second hottest type of pepper, even if it is diluted.
