'4P Impact' is impact on people, place, planet and profit. This is a logical extension of the Triple Bottom Line idea which in a common form takes into consideration people, profit and planet. TVM Value metrics adds the place or community because this is a key focus of management potential in society, and therefore should also be a key element in the framework of metrics.
